After running my own business for over 7 years, I feel like I’ve tried a ton of apps and programs. A lot of them I ended up cancelling my subscription to, but there are a few that I’m stilling using. Here they are!

1. MOYO Studio

MOYO Studio is where I purchase all of my beautiful mockups from. They partner with creatives around the world to design beautiful, stylish and incredibly easy-to-use templates. You can browse their templates here.

2. Dubsado

Dubsado is my lifeline when it comes to managing all of my clients. Everything is linked to a workflow, and it saves me a lot of time! I have automated emails, contracts, invoices, tasks and more for staying organized with all of the projects I have on the go. 3. FloDesk

I recently switched over to FloDesk and I’m never looking back. Designing and sending emails has never been so easy for me, and I have my 2021 emails schedule and ready to go FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR! The templates they have include copy, subject lines and photos that you can edit to match your brand, saving you a lot of time. 4. Creative Market

I’ve been using Creative Market for years now, and it’s my go-to place when I’m looking for templates or new fonts. Not only are you supporting another creative, but the products are really affordable and easy to use. Even if you aren’t a designer, there are a ton of templates that make it easy for you DIY some custom holiday cards, invitations, social media posts, and more.

5. Planoly

Something I started near the end of last year was scheduling my posts for Instagram. I’d sit down for an hour a month, and create all of the content for that month! I always found it stressful in the morning trying to figure out what to post, but since I’ve been scheduling everything on Planoly, I’ve been saving so much time and my engagement has been a lot higher because I have a consistent posting schedule.
